I've
worn many hats over the course of my life. I've
been a burger flipper, panty folder, dog groomer,
sales person, kitchen gadget expert, radiologic
technologist, CPA, marketing director, trainer,
consultant and now, a coach. Actually, I've been a
coach my whole life. I just gave myself different
titles. I've always been more interested in what it
is people want versus what they've achieved; who
they are versus their titles or roles.
In
1994, I crossed paths with Thomas Leonard and
finally knew what to call what I do. He gifted
me with a way to do what I love, have a career I
feel passionate about, AND be able to earn a living
doing it. What I love most about coaching is being
able to walk with my clients as they make changes.
My clients gain the ability to live the life of
their dreams.

Throughout
my life, I've focused on working with people to get
results. In my life-before-coaching, I was a
CPA and business consultant. I worked with my
clients to define what they wanted for themselves
and their businesses and find ways to accomplish
their goals. We frequently discussed non-accounting
issues like communication skills, personal balance,
and how to have and enjoy a great life. Without
knowing what to call it, I was coaching
them.
When
I found coaching, I found a way to do what I love
without having to do taxes! This was one of the
best things to happen to me in my professional
life. I look forward to going to the office every
day -- and you can, too!

How
I Coach
I'm
direct and honest always. I coach with love and
compassion, believing in your possibilities. I
challenge you when you need to be challenged, make
big requests of you to move you forward more
quickly and stand for you, especially when you're
doubting yourself. My style is what gave me the
title, "Coach with the velvet whip." You will feel
loved and supported while still feeling the push to
live your own possibilities.
I
know you can do, have, and be anything you want.
It's not always an easy journey and, as your
partner, I'll share my wisdom with you to lessen
the struggle.

How
I Coach
As
a coach, I bring objectivity, independence and
confidentiality to the relationship. I am direct
and honest with my clients. My role isn't to tell
them what they want to hear -- it's to say what I
see from my perspective. I'm caring and supportive,
yet I also challenge my clients to go for their
dreams.
I'm
focused on the big picture and encourage my clients
to stretch and go for more than they originally
thought possible. I stay with my clients while they
accomplish their goals and support them when the
going gets rough.

Who
I Work With
My clients are
almost exclusively women from almost every
demographic you can imagine. (I do coach men, too.)
The quality all my clients share is the desire for
more in their lives -- more balance, more money,
more close relationships, more peace of mind and
heart. They have passion (maybe as yet un tapped)
and know how to laugh and have fun.
There's also the
shared realization that they've been prone to the
Lone Ranger syndrome. With that awakening, they're
ready to rip the big red
"S"
off their chest.
Working with me,
they get the salve needed to ease the sensitivity
left from the ripping. Struggle is less and healing
and growth happen more quickly.

Who
I Work With
The
larger the gap between where you are today and
where you want to be, the more impactive coaching
can be. Some clients come knowing where they want
to go and are looking for a way to get there more
quickly and easily. Others come to the relationship
dissatisfied with some part of their business or
personal life and yet aren't sure exactly what
changes to make.
I
especially enjoy working with clients in a business
setting. This includes business owners (whether
established businesses or start-ups),
entrepreneurs, CEO's, sales professionals, members
of family businesses (I've been part of several),
professionals (accountants, attorneys, architects,
etc.), physicians, dentists and
chiropractors.
Most
times the challenges are directly related to
business and yet often they are more personal in
nature, like: How to have more personal time or how
to maintain a balance between their business and
personal life.

Format
and Fees
CyberCoaching
is all by email. You email me as often as you like
and I will respond within 24 business hours.
Optional telephone time is available for
CyberClients. ($400/month. Optional telephone time
is $75 per 30 minute session.)
TeleCoaching
is by telephone. You are free to call me (and
I encourage you to) between your
scheduled times. Use me when you feel the desire to
share a win or are up against something you want
additional coaching on. That's what I'm here for.
- Choices:
- 2-30
min sessions each month $350
- 3-30
min sessions each month $500
- 3-45
min sessions each month $750
PRN
(As Needed) Coaching is by telephone. You pay
the 3 session, 30 minute fee and then use your
coaching sessions as you need them over a three
month period.
Just-In-Time
Coaching is by telephone.
Your
fee is a monthly retainer. You call me when you
want to talk. If I'm not in my office, I'll return
your call as soon as I get your mesage. You'll be
given priority in scheduling your time with the
exception that existing client appointments will
not be rescheduled. ($1,000)
I
accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and
Discover.

Format
and Fees
I
typically coach my clients for 30 minutes each
week, 3 times per month. My fee ranges between $500
and $1,000 per month.
Longer
or more frequent appointments are also
available.
In
addition to regularly scheduled calls, I make
myself available to clients by phone, fax, or
email.
I
accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and
Discover.
